Our ferrules fit on the #85 plastic wire.
Our wire joiners fit our #1.25 and #1.35 plastic wire.
Size: .85mm, 1.25mm, 1.35mm, 1.50mm and 2.00mm.
Our 20 lb. spools are measured by the weight. Yardage will vary slightly. (20 lb rolls are excluded from all free shipping offers)
Our other put ups are hand rolled and are not perfectly measured…all measurements are guesstimated, we can not hire a $20.00 per hour employee to measure these. So if you have a problem with average amounts then please purchase from another company. If you complain about thie after you buy then we will no longer do business. I sell in small quantities and measure by hand which means it is not perfect in any way….but I have been doing this for customers because they have begged for this service. It takes a lot of time to hand roll these, thank you for your kind understanding.
Plastic wire is for flexible brims, like a round brim. It fits into the channel created by the already blocked hat. Rayon covered wire is for a brim you wish to put into a set inflexible shape, like a turned down brim in front only or, a shape that deviates from an oval or circle.
