Russian Veiling is actually made in Taiwan and is the only veiling made in the world. It is made of Nylon. For a more soft edge please see our French Veiling.
Russian Veiling is available plain or with chenille dots applied. Please note that chenille dots are all applied by hand. It is a very labor intensive endeavor. We just got in Wired Chenille for applying your own dots. Colors: White, Ivory, Black. You can add your own chenille dots in fun designs. Prices to come soon.
