| Due to the increase of COD orders that have been returned because the customer was not there the 3 times that Fed Ex tried to collect the funds and deliver the package our shipping options have changed as of this date, December 12, 2002. Hats By Leko will not send out shipments COD any longer. If you do not have a CREDIT CARD to pay with then please mail in a money order or cashiers check for the amount of your order plus freight. You will find a shipping chart posted to help you figure your freight. If you do not send guaranteed funds (money order or cashiers check) your order will not be shipped for the 2 weeks that it takes for the bank to clear your check. Written Orders Please use our attached order form or from the back of your catalog. Please print your name and address clearly and keep a copy of your order. We accept Visa, Master Card and money orders. Personal checks must clear (14 working days) before shipping. C.O.D. orders are shipped C.O.D.. cashiers check or money orders only. Charge card orders must include expiration date, card number, name as it appears on the card, full signature and billing address that your charge card company uses when it sends you a statement, if different from shipping address. |

No Return Policy |

Hats by Leko does not accept returns; the exceptions are; goods damaged in transit, and items shipped in error. If your package arrives damaged, refuse it and notify us immediately; we'll replace it and file a claim with the carrier. If you accept the package and it's damaged, notify Fed Ex right away and they'll correct the situation. |

| Damages and/or Shortages In all cases retain all packing materials and container. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims made after this period will not be honored. Returns must be received within 7 days. | |
| SHORTAGES: | |
| Do not report any shortages till shipment is verified against the INVOICE which is in your box. | |
| Apparent shortages might be a back order or discontinued item. | |
| Each shipment is checked twice to assure accuracy. | |
| Please carefully check all packing material for small items. | |
| Notify us immediately if shortage can not be explained. | |
| DAMAGE: Do not return any merchandise to us without first obtaining authorization. | |
| Fed/Ex Please contact 1 800 GO FED EX to report damage, make a claim and request that parcel be picked up for return and inspection. Notify us as to the extent of the damage or loss. | |
| US Postal Service In most cases you will be required to take damaged parcel to your local post office to make a claim. | |

Back Orders We carry hundreds of items, styles colors and sizes, and we try to carry enough of each item to fill everyone's needs. Occasionally, though, the particular item you're looking for won't be available at the time you order it. If this happens, we'll ship the item to you as soon as it arrives, if it is listed as a back order on your invoice only. |

| Hats By Leko has just finalized new pricing with Federal Express Ground and Air. We will be using there ground services for large or heavy boxes but most boxes will be shipped by air. We now can offer you all air prices within the continental USA at a 36% discount off regular prices. This means that a 3 day box will be priced very close to ground on most small boxes. | |

Shipping/Handling Rates
Actual Shipping Charges will be determined after an order is placed.
Some items require additional shipping and handling charges, which are indicated in parentheses after item price. (or will be soon, ask if you aren't sure).
Shipments outside the U.S. will incur additional charges

International Shipments Duty, Customs, and Brokerage is the responsibility of our customers. If you do not pay your importing charges to your freight carrier or customs broker and they charge back YOUR charges to Hats By Leko, we will pay them, invoice you for the amount that they charge us plus we will double the charges of your Duty, Customs and Brokerage for luxury of having us do your bookkeeping.

How We Deliver Rush delivery services. For an additional $16.00 per shipment, your order can be sent overnight to arrive one business day after shipping (if this service is available in your area from Fed Ex). Or, for an additional $8.00 per shipment, our two-business-day service ensures you of delivery two business days from the time your packages leave our warehouse. Please call 1 800 817 HATS(4287) for additional information. Shipping time may vary because of the availability of merchandise in our warehouse. This service is available in the continental U.S. only. Some heavy or bulky merchandise may not qualify for rush delivery.
Please discuss any special delivery requirements or circumstances with your Telephone Sales Representative. Our shipping and handling charges apply to points within the contiguous United States only.
Again, you have the option of opting for actual shipping charges based on actual weight and dimensions but these can not be quoted in advance.

| Also, we handle all shipping prices box by box. All shipping companies require us to not only weigh but measure each box and they do the same at there end and charge us extra if we are not correct.
