Unblocked Hat Bodies are not hats, they are not shaped yet and may have frayed edges due to the dying process. One would have to take a hat making class to finish them. If you want a finished hat please look on the buttons called finished undecorated hats, Thank You
In some cases Hats By Leko will match prices of other vendors. This will be for the same grade only. If for instance our parasisal hoods are Grade one and the other vendor has grade 3 or 4 this option will not apply. If you exercise this option we will make it a bakers dozen for a limited time only.
