Description: Bias cut crinoline used to edge buckram frames.
Fold in half, apply over wire and stitch onto edge of wired buckram frame edge, starting in the back of the frame. Overlap French Elastic just past the beginning stitching. Also used in reinforcing of seam joining crown and brim of Buckram Hat Frame.
